Delivering a variety of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
Managing salon bookings through the computerised booking system to maximise revenue and ensure smooth daily operations.
Assisting guests both face-to-face and over the telephone with enquiries and appointments.
Providing treatments in line with Seamill Hydro Hotel and ISHGA standards, ensuring a safe, relaxing, and indulgent guest experience.
Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment at all times.
Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with guests.
Supporting the wider salon and leisure team where required.

Previous experience within a salon or spa environment, ideally within a 4-star hospitality setting.
Knowledge of ISHGA products and treatments is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Strong attention to detail and passion for guest care.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
HND qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
