What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient service across all departments.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing departmental managers and wider hotel teams.
  • Taking ownership of operational performance, ensuring delivery against service standards, financial targets, and guest satisfaction.
  • Managing staffing levels, rotas, and operational costs in line with budgets and business forecasts.
  • Monitoring guest feedback, including online reviews, and implementing improvements to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Supporting the delivery of corporate events, private functions, restaurant, bar, and accommodation operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the hotel.
  • Working closely with senior management to drive revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior management role within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on management style with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets, labour controls, and performance targets.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Professional presentation and a positive, approachable manner.
