About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and adoption of our automotive repair solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of products in your portfolio, from ideation through to launch and beyond. This requires effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and ensuring alignment between product development, business objectives, and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Planning & Roadmap Development: Responsible for crafting and owning the product roadmap and communicating product strategy to stakeholders.
  • Gather customer feedback: Research and gather feedback to define product vision, ensuring we build the right products/features. Conduct UI/UX review sessions internally and externally.
  • Product Excellence: Lead product development from requirements to user story creation, review, and prioritization. Advocate for best practices.
  • Team Training & Development: Train internal teams on new software launches, product updates, and feature enhancements.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with development, marketing, and support teams to guide product launches and ensure alignment.
  • Internal Resource Management: Act as liaison between departments to manage resources and resolve issues.
  • Post-Launch Support: Monitor performance, resolve issues, incorporate feedback into future iterations.
  • Timeline & Milestone Tracking: Own product development timeline, ensure milestones are met.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Adopt an AI-aware product mindset, using AI first to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with Agile development best practices.
  • Experience gathering customer requirements and translating into user stories.
  • Strong external communication skills.
  • Experience working with internal teams to launch products.
  • Strong internal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead product development and coordinate departments.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Salary & Benefits

Canada Pay Range: $115,000 - $130,000. United States Pay Range: $105,000 - $120,000. Base salary range: USD $103,500 - $126,500 per year. Eligible for profit sharing bonus, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off.
