Casual Night Operations Assistant

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Services is hiring a Casual Night Operations Assistant at Cranfield Campus, Bedfordshire. This is a casual, on-site night role with hourly pay of £13.56. Shifts are available as needed. Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Role Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all students/guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service
  • Attend table service as required
  • Prepare all food stations for service, replenish all condiments and cutlery, and ensure all seating areas are set up to the correct standard
  • Ensure that all food service areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition, including floors, tables and service trolleys
  • Ensure that conference/Banqueting events are set up in accordance with department standards
  • Carry out any bar responsibilities
  • Follow company's procedure for cash handling, balancing finances at the end of each shift
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by a member of the management team

Working hours are 23:00 – 07:00. Shifts are available on an as and when required basis as per business needs.

Uniform and in-house training are provided.
