FULL DESCRIPTION
Assistant Accommodation Manager

Pay: Up to £14.50 per hour (hourly) | Type: Temporary, Seasonal
Duties
- Assist the Accommodation Manager in overseeing daily operations of guest accommodation facilities
- Ensuring our lodges, glamping units and safari tents are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Coordinate with accommodation team to schedule cleaning routines and address any maintenance issues promptly
- Courtesy door knocks on guest check-in days, always providing excellent customer service
- Support the Accommodation Manager in managing inventory items, cleaning supplies, and linen, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Support in training new team and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work with the Guest Experience Team to resolve any issues efficiently to enhance guest experience
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodation units to uphold quality standards
- Covering the Accommodation Manager role, for holidays and absence
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing a team is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
The Details
- Pay: Up to £14.50 per hour
- Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
