About the Role
Your responsibilities will be to support identified students with learning difficulties and disabilities. You will also ensure there is a smooth handover process at the beginning and end of each day to maintain the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable students in our care. You will work collaboratively with colleagues within the Additional Learning Support (ALS) Department and the ESOL curriculum team to create a cohesive support network for our students. In this role you will contribute to a culture of high-quality, trauma informed support delivery that is responsive, flexible and aligned with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s aspirations for all our students. Your support will be crucial in promoting an inclusive, educational experience that empowers our students to thrive.
