Youth Enabler
Salary: £26k pro-rata, depending on qualifications and experience. 37.5 hours a week (term time only paid equally each calendar month). 3-year Fixed Term Contract.
About the Role
Are you someone with a passion for the gospel and a desire to communicate this to young people inside and outside our church community? This new expanded role will be responsible for the development and enabling of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] youth work programme, starting a schools work in a local secondary school and for the management of our amazing team of youth work volunteers.
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a busy church, deeply engaged with its local community. We looking for an energetic and motivated person with experience of working with young people in church and community settings to oversee and coordinate our youth work programme, sharing the love of Jesus in exciting and relevant ways, as we follow God’s plans in our parish.
The Youth Enabler will work closely with the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ministry Team, including the Vicar, the Curate and the Children’s and Families Worker.
