About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive commercial success of the Advanced Wound Care portfolio within a defined geographic area. You will foster team effectiveness and share knowledge to optimize business strategies and drive sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell chronic product portfolio; understand competitive landscape to achieve sales results and profitability goals.
- Develop new target accounts and increase sales of current accounts.
- Develop and maintain business plans by analyzing territory performance and reports.
- Ensure effective product utilization by all trained HCPs within territory.
- Network across acute facilities and wound care centers.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and capabilities.
- Demonstrate clinical understanding and evidence-based value proposition.
- Optimize educational and KOL events.
- Adhere to compliance policies and industry codes.
About You
You are an innovative thinker with strong learning agility and a hunter mentality, bringing a track record of sales success. You can network effectively at all levels and navigate complex sales cycles.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B or Medical Sales experience required.
- Experience selling in acute facilities preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
Working Conditions
May have to work evenings and weekends. Travel: 50% of the time.
