About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive commercial success of Advanced Wound Care's surgical products within a defined geographic area. You will foster team effectiveness and share knowledge to optimize business strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell portfolio of surgical products and understand competitive landscape to achieve sales results.
- Develop new target accounts and increase sales of current accounts.
- Develop and maintain action plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing territory performance.
- Ensure effective utilization of products by trained Health Care Professionals.
- Network and build relationships across multiple care settings (OR, Nursing Units, Physician Offices, etc.).
- Maintain knowledge of company products, channels, and distribution methods.
- Demonstrate clinical evidence and articulate value proposition.
- Develop and cultivate KOL relationships.
- Attend national, regional, and local meetings; represent [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] professionally.
- Adhere to compliance policies and Standards of Business Conduct.
About You
Innovative thinker with strong learning agility and a hunter mentality. Demonstrated track record in sales, networking, and navigating complex sales cycles. Strong presentation skills both virtually (MS Teams/Zoom) and in-person.
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Two plus years' experience in B2B or Medical Sales in a complex selling environment.
- Demonstrated success in competitive growth sales environment preferred.
- Experience selling in OR or surgical experience preferred.
- Documented history of sales success with stack rankings.
- Experience selling through distributors preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Working Conditions
- May work evenings & weekends.
- Normal hearing, visual acuity, manual dexterity required.
- Must lift up to 40 pounds.
