The Vacancy

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are an NHS provider organisation founded in 2012. Today, we are the largest provider of community-based ophthalmology services in the UK. Due to growth, we are looking for Ophthalmologists with experience in Paediatrics to join us across the UK in our [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Hospitals and Community Centres.

What will I be doing as an Ophthalmologist?

The post holder will perform a range of ophthalmology appointments and provide supervision of community ophthalmology services delivered by healthcare professionals.

Person Specification

  • UK registered Medical Degree or equivalent
  • MRCOphth/FRCOphth/FRCS
  • Full or Specialist GMC Registration
  • Wide training and experience in general ophthalmology, including Paediatrics
  • Ability to take full independent responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills
