About the Role

The role involves clinical triage of referrals, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of patients within community clinic settings. You will also support day-to-day operations of outpatient services across multiple sites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient-centred environment. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, supporting patient education, and contributing to the smooth running of the service.

Essential Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Recognised qualification or diploma in Dermatology (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrable experience working in dermatology services
  • Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload
  • Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of dermatological conditions
  • Competence in patient education and chronic disease management
  • Personal indemnity fully covering all patient care delivered under this agreement
  • Evidence and date of most recent appraisal
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Strong understanding of patient-centred care and clinical governance
