360 Excavator Operator – Above & Below 10T

Job Overview

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are currently recruiting experienced 360 Excavator Operators (Above & Below 10T) for ongoing contract hires across Glasgow and surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable and skilled operators to support a range of active construction and groundwork projects. This role offers consistent, ongoing work with a competitive rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating 360 excavators above and below 10 tonnes safely and efficiently
• Carrying out groundworks, drainage, trenching, and foundations
• Supporting general site operations and material movement
• Conducting daily machine checks and routine maintenance
• Working alongside site teams to meet project deadlines
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Blue CPCS card for 360 Excavator OR NPORS with CSCS logo
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience on construction sites
• Strong awareness of site safety and procedures
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
• Full PPE
