Job Summary
Cross Asset Distribution Solutions Sales for the UK and Switzerland, based in London. This role involves covering private banks, distributors, intermediaries, discretionary fund and wealth managers across the UK and Switzerland markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover private banks, distributors, intermediaries, discretionary fund and wealth managers across the UK and Switzerland markets.
- Contribute to the development of the Cross Asset Distribution commercial franchise across UK and Switzerland, targeting private banks, distributors, intermediaries.
- Focus on client acquisition, product penetration, and revenue generation.
- Organise and lead client visits, roadshows, and marketing initiatives.
- Onboard new clients in alignment with the commercial roadmap and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] onboarding requirements.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product ideas tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with relevant FIG bankers to maximise cross-selling opportunities and deepen client relationships.
- Partner with trading and structuring teams to develop innovative products and solutions.
Reporting
- Report to the Head of Cross Asset Distribution Sales, UK and Switzerland regularly on the progress of the activity and specific issues.
- Actively participate in sales meetings with the structuring & trading teams to review market strategy, exchange ideas and receive updates on any important matters.
Control
- Ensure clients are suitably classified under appropriate regulations and are dealt with appropriately.
- Ensure clients are cleared by credit, legal, compliance and back office before trading.
- Ensure the trade monitoring of counterparty risk and life cycling.
- Ensure all relevant regulation and internal controls are observed.
Risk
- Monitor and understand risks to the bank and the client resulting from pending or concluded transactions.

Candidate Criteria
- Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
- Academic qualification / Speciality: Degree in Mathematics and/or Management and/or Finance
- Experience: Internship or previous experience in the field of structured products or equity derivatives.
- Required skills: Motivated, Good communicator, Creative, Innovative, Team Oriented, Entrepreneurial mind set, Leadership
- Technical skills required: IT literate, Mathematically minded, Good understanding of equity derivatives products
- Languages: English speaker; a second or third language would be a plus
