[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is offering a Finance Apprentice (Level 6 or Level 7) position based at our UK Head Office in Folkestone, Kent, with hybrid working 2 – 3 days per week. This is a fixed-term contract in line with the length of the apprenticeship. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a finance or accounts environment or who has studied a Finance-related subject who is ready to develop professionally through a structured apprenticeship while gaining real‑world experience in a SOX‑compliant, multinational organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of departmental KPIs and service standards.
• Own processing of employee expenses via Concur and reconcile balances.
• Assist with invoice processing, three‑way matching and discrepancy resolution.
• Help manage supplier ledgers, ensuring timely payment and issue resolution.
• Support payment run preparation and uploads (multi‑currency).
• Assist with daily and monthly multi‑currency bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure correct filing.
• Liaise with suppliers, internal teams and banking partners.
• Support SOX compliance activities and audit evidence preparation.
• Assist with month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations and VAT tasks.
• Prepare basic analysis and reports for the finance team.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.

Education & Experience

• Suitable for candidates undertaking or looking to undertake a Level 6 or Level 7 Finance Apprenticeship.
• Previous experience in a finance, accounts payable or transactional finance role is beneficial.
• Exposure to SAP Concur and/or SAP ERP desirable but not essential.
• Intermediate Excel skills or a willingness to develop them further.
• Comfortable working in a structured, compliance‑driven environment.
