As our new Regional Manager (12 Month FTC) for the wider Sunderland Area, you’ll lead a network of stores that help customers connect, celebrate, and show they care. What you’ll be doing:
- Inspire and guide retail teams to deliver brilliant customer experiences
- Drive performance and keep operations running smoothly
- Coach Store Managers and recruit new talent
- Roll out retail strategy and spot growth opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading retail teams and delivering strong results
- Commercially aware with a strategic, growth-focused mindset
- A natural coach who inspires and develops others
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Passionate about retail and ready to make a meaningful impact
