The Role

  • Ensuring that the section operated effectively daily while all food cooked and served is of a high quality
  • Prepare and produce food as required with use of modern methods, equipment, and fresh food
  • Maintaining sufficient level of mise en place for service

Skills

  • Good industry knowledge
  • Good food production and ability to work under pressure
  • NVQ Level 1 – Essential
  • CIEH Level 2 – Essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role
