Job Description

We are working closely with a construction consultancy in MediaCity, looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, taking ownership of multiple projects across the North West. You will be joining a close knit and collaborative consultancy of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, and work on a wide variety of public sector schemes including schools, libraries, heritage buildings, and community projects.

The Role

  • Take ownership of multiple projects (typically 4-5 at a time), working across both pre and post contract duties.
  • Hands-on role with direct access to senior leadership for support and development.
  • Projects up to circa £8 million including school refurbishments, heritage schemes, and community developments.

What We're Looking For

  • Circa 4-5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Consultancy experience
  • Experience across both pre and post contract administration
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Strong client facing and communication skills
  • Working towards chartership (MRICS) is desirable but not essential
