Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working in Bognor Regis and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold electrical qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, and 17/18th edition as a minimum. The role will be working as part of a team at a number of retail sites in the region undertaking a range of building maintenance duties. The purpose of this role is to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.

Duties

• Support other technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.
• Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are always available and serviceable.
• Attend other sites within the cluster as required.
• Work with company and client colleagues to maintain quality standards.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Carry out tasks in accordance with KPIs.
• Monitor and update the Mercury system accurately.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations / maintenance or recognised apprenticeship equivalent
• 17th or 18th Edition

Salary / Package

• Basic Salary - £39,094
• Paid Travel Time
• Overtime rates 1.5x Monday to Friday, 2x Saturdays and Sundays
