The Role
As Head Chef at The Bridge Inn, you’ll take the lead in a busy, fresh-food kitchen where quality, consistency and teamwork are key. This hands-on role balances leadership with learning and development.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
- Deliver high-quality dishes with strong presentation
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
- Train, mentor and inspire your team
- Manage stock, GP and labour
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and compliance
- Work closely with front-of-house and management teams
