Business Analyst

Location: Bath, London, Leeds, Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive (Annual)

Contract Type: Permanent

About The Role

This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive meaningful change. You’ll manage a pipeline of initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs and delivering outcomes that support both operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business and system improvement projects and initiatives
  • Analyse business needs, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements
  • Map as is and to be processes and recommend practical solutions
  • Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Specify technical requirements and work with the technical teams to deliver solutions
  • Oversee system and user testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Prepare and deliver user training
  • Support the communication, roll out, and adoption of initiatives
