About The Role

As a Business Process Improvement Analyst you’ll play a key role in reviewing, mapping, and improving business processes across the organisation and working closely with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process mapping, review, and documentation
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with SMEs and process owners
  • Translate business requirements into system processes and automation opportunities
  • Develop clear process maps, training materials, and documentation
  • Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Manage communication plans and stakeholder updates
  • Drive a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to prioritise and deliver business-critical changes

About You

  • Experience in process mapping, system design, or ERP environments
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Confidence facilitating workshops with non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse data and simplify complex processes
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and priorities

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Deltek or Unit4
  • Understanding of project finance processes or data architecture
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerBI, Excel, and process mapping software
