About The Role
As a Business Process Improvement Analyst you’ll play a key role in reviewing, mapping, and improving business processes across the organisation and working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process mapping, review, and documentation
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with SMEs and process owners
- Translate business requirements into system processes and automation opportunities
- Develop clear process maps, training materials, and documentation
- Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Manage communication plans and stakeholder updates
- Drive a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with leadership to prioritise and deliver business-critical changes
About You
- Experience in process mapping, system design, or ERP environments
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Confidence facilitating workshops with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to analyse data and simplify complex processes
- Experience managing multiple initiatives and priorities
Desirable (but not essential)
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Deltek or Unit4
- Understanding of project finance processes or data architecture
- Familiarity with tools like PowerBI, Excel, and process mapping software
