We are currently looking for an Admin Assisstant at Glebe House in Almondsbury.

Responsibilities and Duties
- To support the Managers by taking initiative and problem solving without the need for supervision
- To answer and deal with telephone calls, which can often be highly emotive, in a sensitive and professional manner
- Take a lead in diary management for Managers
- To deal with incoming and outgoing post
- To maintain confidentiality and sensitivity throughout the role.
- To be on duty as required and to be available to cover for sickness and holidays.
- To provide and maintain a high standard of administrative support
- To monitor and maintain the stock of stationery, brochures and standard forms
- To effectively deal with enquires
- To carry out personnel/residents related admin tasks as required by managers
- To carry out photocopying, filing and other routine clerical tasks.
- To report information promptly and accurately.
- To collect and collate agency figures daily and keep database up to date.
Requirements
- Experienced with Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, Electronic file management.
- Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home environment would be an advantage, but not essential.
Hours: 28 hours per week
Pay: As an employee (23 years +) you will earn Basic pay of £13.45 per hour
