Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, Communications and Marketing, this is a rare opportunity to lead [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s Marketing function, and shape, lead and deliver [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s marketing strategy at a national scale. In this role you will drive a customer-first approach to improving access to finance for UK small businesses, building brand awareness, trust, and impact across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s audiences.
You will bring outstanding B2B marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record delivering integrated campaigns, product and partner marketing, digital strategy and customer experience that achieve measurable commercial outcomes. Leading a high-performing team, you will oversee everything from brand positioning and marketing strategy to paid media, website and digital innovation, including AI-driven marketing and search.
Working closely with senior stakeholders including the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Board and Executive Committee, you will act as a trusted adviser on brand reputation and risk, while partnering across Banking and Investment to deliver high-impact programmes.
This role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader who thrives in complex environments, brings deep expertise across the marketing mix, and is passionate about supporting the growth and success of UK small businesses. Previous experience of marketing for a public sector organisation would be beneficial.
With the Marketing team based across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s locations in both London and Sheffield, regular travel between locations is expected.
