About the Role

As a Raw Materials FLT Operator, you will be part of a flexible, multi-skilled team delivering an effective raw materials operation, maintaining safety and quality standards, and operating specialized equipment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
  • Control materials according to Food Safety standards, perform quality checks
  • Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) for loading/unloading and inventory
  • Use SAP and RF scanning for inventory control
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve targets
  • Manage waste segregation and recycling
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (zero loss, 5S)

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Recognised RTITB forklift qualification or equivalent
  • Proven SAP and warehousing experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple areas
  • Commitment to excellence
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Positive attitude to development
