About the Role

As a National Account Manager in our Hospitality team, you will lead a portfolio of customers and brands such as Foodbuy to deliver commercial targets while developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive direct responsibility for budget delivery aligned with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s ambitious growth plans across volume, net revenue, and gross profit targets
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with customers, implementing course corrections as needed
  • Engage cross-functionally to maximise commercial outcomes
  • Establish and execute commercial plans to deliver or over-deliver against budgets
  • Manage commercial risk effectively and communicate changes proactively

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Proven track record in FMCG manufacturing and/or retail environments
  • Commercial experience within FMCG, ideally with Beer and/or Soft drinks
  • Ability to develop energizing relationships across functions
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts
  • Experience with S&OP planning
  • Valid Full UK Driving Licence
