The Vacancy
Support Worker
Davyhulme is one of our new purpose built, homely, spacious specialist homes in South Manchester, supporting 5 adults with autism and learning disabilities.
As part of the support team, you will support people to move into their new home, get to know each individual, and support them to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
- Build trusting relationships and support emotional and behavioural needs using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks
- Promote independence and choice
- Support with day-to-day activities
What we’re looking for

- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence required
Experience in care is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
