Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Optimise website content and structure using SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns via Google Ads and other PPC platforms, analysing performance metrics for optimisation.
  • Oversee content creation including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Utilise WordPress to update and maintain website content ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Lead email marketing campaigns using various platforms, segmenting audiences for targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate on B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with corporate clients and prospects.
  • Supervise junior team members or interns as needed, providing guidance on digital marketing best practices.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in management of digital marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of SEO, B2B marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content; strong copywriting skills for compelling messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress website management; familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics for campaign optimisation and analysis.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Time management skills essential for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership qualities to guide team members effectively while fostering a collaborative work culture.
