Team Manager (Severnside Integrated Urgent Care)

We are delighted to share an exciting development opportunity within our SevernSide Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join us as a Team Manager in our Severnside IUC.

This role offers a unique chance to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment. As a team manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality urgent care services, leading and supporting a committed team of operational co-owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the 24/7 Severnside IUC team
  • To provide team leadership and high quality line management to operational teams within the service
  • Supporting staff development and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture
  • To provide base management for a Severnside treatment centre
