As SAP Solutions Sales Executive, you will play a leading role in driving net‑new sales growth for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This is a pure business development role, focused on identifying, shaping, and closing new logo opportunities across target markets. You will lead sales pursuits end‑to‑end — from early engagement through to contract signature — owning tenders, proposals, executive presentations, and commercial storytelling, often engaging directly with C‑level stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Net‑New Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across UK, Ireland, and European markets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of net‑new prospects. Shape compelling, value‑led solutions that address customer challenges. Position [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] credibly with senior stakeholders in large organisations.
  • Global Sales Growth: Support [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s international sales growth, collaborating with internal teams to pursue opportunities beyond the UK where required. Adapt value propositions for different geographies, industries, and maturity levels.
  • Tenders, Proposals & Presentations: Lead the production of high‑quality tender responses and proposals. Tailor messaging to customer‑specific use cases, industries, and value drivers. Deliver professional, confident presentations to senior and executive audiences. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and impact across all sales material.
  • Commercial Awareness: Support early‑stage commercial evaluations of opportunities. Understand commercial risk, pricing considerations, and contract fundamentals. Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to shape viable and compelling offers.
  • Sales and Pre-Sales Quality: Contribute to continuously improving sales content, messaging, and processes. Share best practice in tendering, proposals, and executive engagement. Help evolve tools and ways of working that support a high‑performance sales culture.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in net‑new sales or business development, ideally within technology or consulting.
  • Demonstrable experience in tender writing, proposal development, and formal sales documentation.
  • Strong presentation skills, including presenting to C‑level stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to articulate value clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling SAP solutions or SAP‑related services.
  • Background in enterprise software, data, cloud, or digital transformation.
  • Experience selling into UK, Irish, or European markets.
