About the Role
We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers to join on Bank Team at Lighthouse Care! Lighthouse provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse.
Ideal Support Worker Qualities
- More than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and or substance misuse
- Reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
- Ability to support in house activities and hobbies
- Attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
- Resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge
Hours and Contracts
Shift Patterns: Days = 8am - 8pm, Nights = 8pm - 8am
Contract Types: Bank contracts available
