IT Support Specialist

About the Role

As a Senior IT Associate, you will provide first-line support for IT-related issues and lead maintenance of our technical infrastructure. This is a full-time, onsite role at our Nuneaton warehouse (UIC).

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line support for all IT-related issues via Slack, Email, Tickets, or In-person.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues for employees across the business, with a main focus on warehouse technologies.
  • Providing training and support to end users to ensure they are confident with our internal tools.
  • Managing asset tooling, ensuring our asset management platform is kept accurate and up to date.
  • Maintaining the knowledge base by creating and updating articles to empower self-service support.
  • Collaborating with IT staff and cross-functional engineering squads to resolve high-level technical blockers.
  • Supporting printing of greeting cards and leaflets where required.
  • Staying up-to-date on new technologies and industry best practices to improve our internal systems.
  • Travelling every other month to another site via car.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first service mindset.
  • Basic Computer Understanding.
  • Curious mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Team player.
