You’ll be joining the engine room of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s fastest-growing categories. The team provides operational and supply chain foundation for non-horticultural range. As the Stock Planning Lead, you will report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory.

What you'll be doing

  • Build & Scale the Function: architect non-horticultural stock planning strategy.
  • Master Stock Availability: lead team to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Develop & Automate: build scalable automated tools and AI workflows.
  • Process & KPI Leadership: develop standardised processes and lead weekly KPI reviews.
  • Team Transformation & Development: provide coaching and mentorship.
  • Strategic Growth & Inventory Control: de-risk new range launches.
  • Operational Execution: support planning and execution during peak times.
  • 3PW Performance Management: measure and manage 3PW partner performance.
  • Supplier Performance: build operational performance reporting.

  • 5+ years experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or supply planning, with team leadership.
  • Proven track record in supply chain scalability.
  • Tech-savvy and systems-oriented with strong automation skills (G-suite, AI).
  • Strong leader and mentor.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proactive and hands-on.
  • Commercially and data-driven.
