Paid Social Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own and evolve the Paid Social strategy across multiple markets. This role is hybrid in London, full-time. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will lead acquisition and retention performance, creative testing, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.

Digital Marketing Team

The digital marketing team is responsible for driving sustainable growth across all markets through innovative, creative, and measurable campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, this role spans media buying, creative strategy and cross-market operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the Paid Social strategy and delivery for both [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
  • Continuously optimise creatives and campaigns to hit order volume and CAC targets.
  • Explore new digital channels and formats.
  • Plan Brand Lift Studies and Brand Awareness Campaigns.
  • Produce performance reporting and retros.
  • Own multi-market Paid Social roadmap with Asana.
  • Design and implement AI-powered tools and workflows.
  • Lead structured creative testing across markets.
  • Brief creative and brand teams on digital asset requirements.
  • Present results and educate wider teams.
