The role involves administrative support, sales reporting, Salesforce maintenance, beta testing, and cross-team coordination. Based in Oxford with hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days home).

Sales Operations Administrator, Bloomsbury Professional & Digital Resources
The opportunity
An exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly team supporting our global sales and marketing efforts in the areas of Academic and Professional publishing. We are looking for a new Sales Operations Administrator, who is a self-starter and is excited by the entrepreneurial nature of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
Our goal is to develop and implement strategies that ensure operational efficiency across the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Digital Resources and Professional sales and marketing teams, as well as providing support to the management team via sales reporting and analysis.
The role will work across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Professional and Digital Resources, working closely with and reporting into the Associate Sales Operations Manager.
The Role
- Provide administrative support for the Associate Sales Operations Manager
- Creation and distribution of weekly and monthly sales reports
- Point of contact with third-party invoicing partner, filtering and distributing queries
- Beta testing new processes and systems
- Creation of trial products and Dashboard maintenance in Salesforce
- Tracking and reporting of a broad range of sales data and Key Performance Indicators
- Sales support as needed
- Overseeing internal inboxes, circulating useful information to the sales teams
- Systems used: Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Biblio, Outlook, among others.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A confident, creative, collaborative person with excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
- A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams
- Experience using Salesforce and Tableau would be helpful but not essential

The role is a full-time, permanent position
Salary Range: £28,000 - £30,700
The role is based at our Oxford office, Kemp House, Chawley Park, Cumnor Hill, Oxford OX2 9PH on a hybrid-working pattern of 2 days office based / 3 days home based (or fully office based if preferred). Allocated office days for this role are: Wednesday and Thursday
