PhD Studentship & Graduate Teaching Assistant

This is a fully funded 3-year fixed-term contract starting September 2026. Salary: £19,490 rising to £22,123 per year. Closing date: 10 May 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue research leading towards a PhD at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
- Provide part-time teaching assistance (17.5 hours per week during term time) including preparation of teaching materials, delivery in person and via e-learning, demonstrating in practical classes, and acting as seminar leader
- Assist in supervision of projects and participate in assessment and examination of students
- Undertake administration related to teaching duties
Requirements
- Demonstrate research potential and contribute to the School's research culture
- Possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to lecture effectively and conduct seminars at undergraduate and postgraduate level
- Knowledge and potential to conduct high-quality research in one of: Organizational Psychology, AI (Business Strategy and Analytics), Management (Innovation and Entrepreneurship or Marketing), Economics and Finance

Remuneration & Terms
Total salary £19,490 rising to £22,123 per year (0.5 FTE, pro-rated £38,981 rising to £44,247 1 FTE). Grade 6 on the College's London Pay Scale, including consolidated Weighting/Allowance for staff whose contractual place of work is in the London area. Teaching post is part-time (17.5 hours/week term time) alongside PhD.
