About the Team
You’ll be joining our Corporate Finance team, a small but agile group of impactful specialists. The team works closely with clients supporting them with their M&A activity such as acquisitions and disposals. The team also provides business valuations and undertakes various other ad hoc activities.

Your Opportunity
As a Corporate Finance Senior, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the firm’s growth and success. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will cultivate partnerships with clients, becoming a trusted business advisor, and deliver exceptional service.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Technical: Prepare complex financial models and valuation reports; conduct in-depth financial data analysis; present findings clearly.
- Quality: Maintain meticulous accuracy; ensure consistency with firm standards; be open to feedback.
- Delivery: Complete personal deliverables on time; assist in managing smaller project aspects; build strong client relationships.
You’ll Be Ideal for This Role If You Have
- Experience: 2-4 years in Assurance.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel; excellent communication skills.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; progress towards or qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
