The Role

As our construction team continues to grow, we are looking for a 1-5 PQE Solicitor or Associate to work from our Leeds office, focusing on contentious construction dispute resolution and advisory work. You will advise on a wide range of matters including final account/loss and expense claims, defect issues, and PFI/projects disputes. Work includes high-value instructions for local authorities, NHS Trusts, housing associations, developers, funders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle construction dispute matters including adjudications, litigation, and arbitration.
  • Advise on PFI/PPP dispute resolution procedures.
  • Manage high-value claims and complex instructions.
  • Liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the team's growth and development.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-5 PQE Solicitor or Associate with experience in construction disputes.
  • Excellent drafting and legal analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work effectively with clients.
  • Ambitious and keen to work in a high-quality team.
  • Flexible approach; part-time considered.
