About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a leading commercial law firm. Our Health and Care Regulatory team provides advice to health, social care, education and housing organisations. We are looking for a senior lawyer to join our team, with a focus on local authority clients in children's and Court of Protection work and SEND matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own varied caseload of both advisory and litigation matters
- Advocacy at Court of Protection hearings and Tribunals
- Active involvement in client care and business development
- Assist with the wider management and supervision of the team

- 7+ PQE
- Ability to work confidently with clients and colleagues
