Role Overview

The core role involves advising on subsidy control and procurement law and reviewing and preparing grant agreements for public bodies including local authorities and central government clients. You will work across sectors such as housing, energy, infrastructure, and education. The team works closely with our Energy and Resource Management (ERM) lawyers.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years PQE with experience in subsidy control law
- Experience in State aid law
- Experience advising on and drafting grant funding agreements
- Experience in public procurement law
- Experience in competition law (optional)
- Awareness of public & administrative law
- Flair for creative thinking
