About the Role

The Property Litigation Team sits within the Property Department of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], which has experienced significant growth. The team operates nationally with lawyers across Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds offices. This role involves advising a varied range of public and private sector clients on contentious property advice and litigation.

  • Handle property litigation in UK courts and tribunals
  • Provide wider contentious property advice
  • Advise on Building Safety Act 2022 and residential leasehold management
  • Engage in business development to support growth plans
  • Supervise and delegate to junior colleagues
