About the Role
As a Driving Range F&B Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for members and guests. Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll combine food & beverage service with front-of-house engagement on the driving range, ensuring every visit is enjoyable, efficient, and memorable. This role is centred around our core values of Fun, Ambition, Collaboration, and Trust, and we are looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service from the kiosk and driving range bays
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share ideas with the team
- Support the delivery of promotions, events, and competitions on the driving range
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels across all service areas
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a willingness to learn and develop
