London / NYC

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and scale the sales enablement function.

About us:

We believe the next generation of financial services will be powered by stablecoins. Founded in 2021, our mission at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is to accelerate global money movement. We’re building stablecoin-native infrastructure so businesses can move value instantly across borders and networks. With global licenses and T1 bank partnerships, we facilitate billions in transactions for enterprise clients like Worldpay, Deel, LianLian Global, and Rapyd. Our technology is transforming how businesses operate globally by eliminating payment delays, reducing costs, and unlocking trapped capital. We’re a diverse team spread across EMEA, North America, and APAC, with a shared belief that stablecoins are the new infrastructure layer for financial services, and that [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is at the forefront of this shift. In 2025, we secured strategic investment from Visa, following our $50 million Series B with Haun Ventures, Coinbase Ventures, Scribble Ventures, DRW Venture Capital, Avenir, and Tiger Global. With the backing of these leading investors, we’re accelerating our growth – and we're looking for smart, ambitious people to help us build the future of financial services. We're incredibly honored to have made Newsweek's list of The Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces three years running (most recently in 2025) and to have been recognised by LinkedIn as one of the Top 20 Startups in the UK in 2024.

About this role in the team:

We pride ourselves on innovation, creativity and developing within a rapidly expanding industry. Our accelerated growth is driven by our successful product offerings. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our team as the Senior Product Marketing Manager. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will own and scale our sales enablement function - ensuring the commercial team has the clarity, confidence, and tools to win deals consistently. This role is focused on building a high-performance enablement system, spanning product education programmes, competitive and market intelligence, and AI-driven workflows that remove friction from the sales process. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure teams deeply understand what we sell, how we win, and how to position [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in live deals - with instant access to the right narratives, materials, and answers at every stage of the funnel.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Product Education & Enablement Programmes
    • Design and own [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s end-to-end product education system across sales, solutions, and customer teams
    • Build structured learning journeys (e.g. onboarding, certifications, advanced modules) across core product areas (payments, wallets, stablecoins & blockchain education)
    • Develop scalable enablement assets: playbooks, capability matrices, demo frameworks, FAQs, and use case libraries
    • Run ongoing enablement sessions and embed continuous learning loops (not one-off trainings)
    • Measure and improve sales confidence, product understanding, and time-to-productivity
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence
    • Build and maintain a centralised competitive intelligence system (battlecards, positioning frameworks, deal insights)
    • Track and analyse competitors and translate insights into actionable sales guidance
    • Develop clear “how we win” narratives by segment, use case, and competitor
    • Turn win/loss insights and field feedback into updated positioning and enablement
    • Act as the go-to expert on market dynamics across payments, fintech, and stablecoins
  • Sales Enablement Systems & Automation
    • Move [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] from static collateral to a scalable, systemised enablement engine
    • Build and maintain a single source of truth for product, positioning, and capability information
    • Develop automated workflows (e.g. Slack bots, knowledge hubs, AI assistants) to help teams access answers instantly
    • Identify repetitive workflows across PMM, sales, and content, and automate them using AI and tooling (e.g. n8n, LLMs)
    • Ensure enablement content is always current, accessible, and embedded into daily sales workflows
  • Customer & Field Insights Loop
    • Capture structured insights from sales, solutions, and customers (e.g. objections, blockers, use cases)
    • Run win/loss analysis to refine positioning and improve conversion
    • Translate insights into practical enablement updates (not just reports)
    • Ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in how we position and sell the product

What we need from you:

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto/stablecoin infrastructure
  • A track record of building sales enablement programmes and systems, not just content
  • Strong understanding of competitive positioning and market intelligence frameworks
  • Experience implementing automation and AI tooling in marketing or sales workflows
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • A structured, systems-thinking mindset with a bias for execution

What you can expect from us:

  • Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth
  • Meaningful ownership in the business through our employee option scheme
  • Flexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart
  • A culture built on passionate, growth-minded people
  • A flexible approach to holiday
  • Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world
  • An open and creative environment where you can help us define the future of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], its culture, and its opportunity sets

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team. While you may not meet all of our requirements, we’d encourage you to apply if you meet the majority of our expectations. You may be a great fit for this role or another role in our team.
