Job Description

The Titan Group provides a broad range of services across the whole wealth value chain. As part of this [Employer hidden] is expanding rapidly through strategic acquisitions. [Employer hidden] Planning (TWP) is a subsidiary of [Employer hidden]. The Corporate Benefits Consultant - Healthcare and Group Risk will advise business clients on Corporate Employee Benefits. Be a specialist in Health and Wellbeing products and Group Risk products. Experience in benefit platforms / flexible benefits would be helpful. The Consultant should retain and grow the portfolio providing holistic consultancy developing and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow client portfolio
  • Work with Titan Risk and Reward/Corporate Consultants and wider business to understand and promote products
  • Achieve set individual and business targets through campaigns
  • Present to both employers and employees
  • Demonstrate the highest professional standards
  • Develop business relationships quickly and remotely
  • Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition
  • Undertake projects and organise events
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Cert CII preferred, minimum of IF7 and GR1 (Essential)
