Lead a team of Private Client Financial Planners in the South of England.
About the Role
[Employer hidden] Planning (a subsidiary of [Employer hidden]) is seeking an experienced leader in financial planning. The Regional Manager will manage a team of approximately 20 Advisors, driving revenue, ensuring excellent client service, and fostering team development. The role is hybrid, with attendance at the Norwich office circa 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve team revenue and new business targets.
- Ensure team focus on excellent client service.
- Coach, develop and motivate the team.
- Address training needs and ensure personal development plans.
- Work with T&C Manager for compliance.
- Lead business development campaigns.
- Proactively develop customer relationships.
- Support key projects and set SMART objectives.
Critical Skills & Experience
- Awareness of operational, regulatory and conduct risk.
- Ability to deliver coaching and training.
- Set objectives and manage staff performance.
- Financial planning experience.
- Line management experience.
- Coaching and leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Essential: Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Desirable: Advanced Diploma/Chartered Financial Planner.
- SPS holder.
