Regional Manager (Financial Planning Advice)

Lead a team of Private Client Financial Planners in the South of England.

About the Role

[Employer hidden] Planning (a subsidiary of [Employer hidden]) is seeking an experienced leader in financial planning. The Regional Manager will manage a team of approximately 20 Advisors, driving revenue, ensuring excellent client service, and fostering team development. The role is hybrid, with attendance at the Norwich office circa 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve team revenue and new business targets.
Ensure team focus on excellent client service.
Coach, develop and motivate the team.
Address training needs and ensure personal development plans.
Work with T&C Manager for compliance.
Lead business development campaigns.
Proactively develop customer relationships.
Support key projects and set SMART objectives.

Critical Skills & Experience

Awareness of operational, regulatory and conduct risk.
Ability to deliver coaching and training.
Set objectives and manage staff performance.
Financial planning experience.
Line management experience.
Coaching and leadership experience.

Qualifications

Essential: Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
Desirable: Advanced Diploma/Chartered Financial Planner.
SPS holder.
