As a Partnerships Senior Account Manager, you’ll help shape and deliver world class partnerships across Defender Rally and the FIA World Rally Raid Championship. You will take ownership of existing commercial partnerships and turn strategy into meaningful activation. Your work will connect partners, fans and communities through marketing, communications, events and experiences that reflect Modern Luxury. What to Expect

  • Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of partner activations across marketing, PR, communications, experiential and hospitality activity
  • Act as a trusted partner contact, running regular planning meetings, workshops and senior reviews
  • Deliver partner events and experiences at race and non-race locations, working closely with events and communications teams
  • Manage partner rights, approvals, budgets and reporting to ensure contractual commitments and measurable impact
  • Support partner campaigns with asset management including vehicles, team appearances and content creation

What You’ll Need

  • Experience managing sponsorships or partnerships within sport or motorsport
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience delivering campaigns across marketing, communications, events or hospitality
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, reporting and results
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and work occasional weekends as part of a global motorsport calendar
