The Impact You’ll Make

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Partner Manager to own and scale our banking platform partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for both monetizing our existing partner ecosystem and forging new, high-impact alliances with core banking platforms, digital banking providers, and financial technology infrastructure companies. This is a senior, revenue-generating role with significant influence over Incode's go-to-market strategy in the financial services vertical.

What You’ll Own & Drive

  • Partnership Monetization - Develop and execute joint business plans with existing banking platform partners to drive mutual revenue growth. Identify and activate co-sell, resell, and referral opportunities. Establish QBRs, performance metrics, and enablement programs. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • New Partnership Development - Identify, prospect, and sign strategic partnerships with core banking platforms, digital banking providers, BaaS providers, and financial infrastructure companies. Lead end-to-end negotiations from initial outreach through contract execution. Build compelling value propositions. Represent Incode at industry events.
  • Strategic Leadership - Serve as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for integrations and go-to-market initiatives. Provide executive-level reporting on partner pipeline and revenue. Mentor junior team members.

Your Background

  • 15+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances — with a strong focus on banking, fintech, or financial services technology.
  • Proven track record of both monetizing existing partnerships and closing net-new partnership agreements with measurable revenue impact.
  • Deep relationships and domain expertise within the banking platform ecosystem (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Temenos, Meridian Link or similar).
  • Experience structuring complex partnership agreements including co-sell, OEM, and referral arrangements.
  • Exceptional executive presence with ability to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter mentality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, or digital onboarding is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
