Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Cost Intelligence, Technology Roadmap, Risk Assessment.
• Tender Leadership & Contract Negotiation: End-to-End Tendering (RFI/RFQ), Contractual Excellence (FIDIC/NEC), Commercial Structures.
• Project Execution & Post-Contract Management: Commercial Scrutiny, Lender Compliance, Continuous Improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience & Technical Knowledge: Minimum 10 years in procurement or commercial management with deep BESS knowledge; advanced experience with FIDIC/NEC/JCT contracts; global remit; commercial acumen.

Qualifications: Degree (Master’s in Engineering or Technical Procurement preferred); MCIPS/CIPS highly desirable; fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
