Pre-Construction Manager

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Pre-Construction Manager to join the Design team. The role involves leading Stage 3 delivery on projects, based at Head Office Tamworth with hybrid working. Permanent position with a competitive remuneration package.

Responsibilities

Lead [Employer hidden] Stage 3 delivery across design and internal teams.
Manage client design coordination throughout Stage 3.
Develop and support Design Managers and Project Engineers.
Establish overall delivery strategy from project inception to completion.
Create and manage Stage 3 delivery programmes.
Lead client liaison during Pre-Construction; organise and chair design/project meetings.
Oversee CDM and H&S requirements.
Support commercial management including cashflows and contract terms.

Managing the Stage 3 process using design, commercial, programme and technical expertise.
Ensuring BIM strategy is current and followed.
