FULL DESCRIPTION

MHE Operators (HLOP and/or Paper Clamp) Kettering

We are looking for experienced MHE Operators (HLOP and/or Paper Clamp) to join a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Kettering. We welcome applications from candidates who hold either one or both licences, including in-house certification, as full training and development opportunities may be available. Pay: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience and licences held).

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate MHE equipment including HLOP (High Level Order Picker) and/or Paper Clamp trucks
  • Pick, move, and store goods accurately and safely within the warehouse
  • Work at height (for HLOP operations) in line with health & safety procedures
  • Handle paper reels, palletised goods, and various stock types using clamp attachments where required
  • Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages
  • Ensure all products are handled carefully to prevent damage
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Follow all site health & safety procedures and operational guidelines

Requirements

  • Valid MHE licence for HLOP and/or Paper Clamp (in-house certificates accepted)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable
  • Confident and competent operating MHE equipment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
