Veterinary receptionist

About The Role
We are looking for a receptionist with a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a love for animals to join our very friendly Reception team at Knotts Yard Vets.
Previous experience working in a busy reception environment, managing phone calls and cash handling is desirable. Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information, as well as using IT systems would also be advantageous. There will be administration duties along with supporting our clients and their pets. This is an environment which is often emotionally stressful for clients and pets. The ability to remain calm, confident, and friendly under pressure is essential.
Working hours
- Monday 12.30-6.30pm
- Tuesday 8am-2pm
- Wednesday off
- Thursday 8am -1.30pm
- Friday off
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 8-12pm
There is no OOH within the role.
